What kind of doll do you use for your patterns?
We have used numerous different dolls mostly purchased at major toy stores or chain stores. Due to the stretchy nature of crochet, our costumes will fit any 11 1/2" fashion doll such as Mattel's Barbie.
Do you have any plastic dolls in stock right now?
We have had dolls manufactured for us overseas from time to time over the years.
What kind of crochet thread or yarn do you use?
Most of our designs are made in size 10 crochet cotton. A few costumes have touches of size 20. One or two patterns have size 30 cotton. We use size 7 steel crochet hooks for most patterns but this is an individual choice. Always check your gauge and adjust the hook according to your needs to get the gauge correct.
