Our 1909 SAN FRANCISCO FROCK captures the enthusiasm of this great city following the great earthquake of 1906. This sumptuous gown is encrusted with a smooth layer of sequins crocheted right into the piece. Lavish loops of shimmering single strand and twisted bead ropes are draped from the front of the skirt over each hip. Vintage accessories include an adorable little beaded bag with silver cupid clasps and a filigree tipped parasol with lilac rhinestone studded handle. This magnificent family heirloom is created almost entirely using easy sc and dc stitches with beads or sequins. No one will believe you made it.
